• With experience hosts — when you make a booking, the host receives the information necessary to fulfil it (such as your name and booking details).
• With service providers — we use trusted third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, analytics (with your consent), and cloud infrastructure. These providers only process your data on our behalf.
• If required by law — we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Passwords are hashed and payment data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment provider — we never store card details.
